You can go to the nursery supply store. The mesh cloth is actually called shade cloth. The stuff is strong enough to just take a small rock put it on the underside making a pouch, the wrap some 1/2 inch wide nylon strapping around your rock or pouch and tie. Then tie your other end to your pipe spools on the trailer. If you wanna get really fancy you can buy them with D rings but that is at least double the price of just the shade cloth. For a 48 ft trailer you wanna get one 60 feet long to go over the trees. (If hauling palms or other large trees). I expect palms will be good this year coming out of Florida because of all the ones that died because of the cold. I can normally get $2 - $2.50 per mile coming out of Florida. These tarps are bulky and don't fold up nice and tight like a steel or lumber tarp. I generally don't carry it on the truck unless I am going down into the lower central part of Florida.

4mer trucker Thanks this.

I will add that when securing the load and the tarp the crew used string. Be prepared to bungie the tarp as necessary to keep it from flapping. The string wasn't very strong.

Doing tree loads. I bought a roll of baler twine. The polyester type. Throw extra tie downs over top of entire load
. Strap ever other row of trees..Lepton1 Thanks this.
