GPS Reccomendations

I have one right in front of me. Only issue so far is I can not figure out how to get my old addressbook from my 730 over to my 740.

Hardly anybody talks on the CB anymore and most shippers and receivers get annoyed if you ask directions. Join the 21st-century and just go buy a GPS.

 

Google maps is free and it's already on your phone.
It's all I ever use.

 

It's not truck specific. Eventually you will get caught running over the wrong bridge or stuck Underneath it.

Been using a Garmin GPS and RM Atlas for the past few years. Between the two no issues. Father in law has the RM - nice unit.

 

GPS's are fine and all... but I STRONGLY suggest that you learn your way around a paper map. I know you're saying to yourself (I did too) "bahhh! this is 2017! nobody uses paper anymore!" Well, let me just say this. Don't take a GPS into New York. I learned my lesson at Astoria Blvd not to trust GPS.
