You guys can't tell Russian from Polish or Slovak-)

I will sometimes hear a word that sounds Russian like 'spasiba' (thank you). I could be wrong on others , but it also seems I heard some outfits like Arka trucking were Russian.
-
I didn't mean to offend you in any way. It's only my experience, being Polish I was taken for Russian like a million times.Seems like to untrained American ear it's hard to catch the differences in EE accents.
I am pretty sure Arka is Polish-)
(I could be wrong though).
Totally off topic but I would be interested in seeing ranking of Chicagoland EE companies (trucks, employees, revenues). -
Let's take bets on how long Veriha is in business,,,
-
John viraha has been around since at least the 80s and I don't notice any ratty equipment...I doubt they are going anywhere .
-
What? Every single Veriha truck I saw looked ratty (to put it mildly).drvrtech77, Eeyore05 and bzinger Thank this.
-
With all due respect not the ones I've seen in Milwaukee lately ..and they sure arnt a Bosnia outfit .
Was a little surprised to see gordan sevig sell out tho.BoostedTeg Thanks this. -
It may be.I don't see them very often.bzinger Thanks this.
-
But things change and I may be wrong ..hell dart used to be a good outfit when I was there and wouldn't touch em with a 10 foot pole now .
-
I only based my opinion on what I saw.Not many of them but the color of their trucks makes them easily recognizable And Veriha sounds (I don't know why though) Russian to me.bzinger Thanks this.
