It's because we in general are a pain in the ### to deal with. We as a whole are not a happy bunch, whether you have a good week or bad week. I've been told straight up that this company has an issue with its own kind. When's the last time an owner operator has been hired on to us, it's been a good while i think. Hell, I see alot more company trucks now, less owner operator trucks..
no i dont refuse loads.. i dont have to refuse loads.. why would i. that only puts me on the #### list. TRUST me, i've heard guys hit rock bottom when you refuse a load. what do you think your disptach is gonna tell you when you refuse a load? he'll say 'ok." but trust me , he's gonna remember that next time when he's dispatching you. I dont think any company or dispatch likes to hear people refuse stuff. unless you have a solid reason, dont.

I didn't want to mention the cultural thing, but, honestly I noticed it a while ago.....lots of disrespectful behavior......another reason I don't understand why they hire so many people from the same culture.....but, hey, I'm of the belief that you live and let live..... -
