Dry van or Reefer

    My plans are to bring my own Reefer or Dry Van that's paid off with a truck payment no greater than 1500 a month, after operating expense is 1800-2300 a week possible at Landstar? Thanks for your in-depth analysis...

    I have no idea. I'm not leased there. In a bad week those numbers ought to be doable or I would look elsewhere.

    Im not and never have been leased in there. But i have several friends, who once decided to gwt out of moving. One by one wound up there. So i feel qualified to say, if your not taking MAX advance on every load. If you cant bring home thoses kind of numbers (most weeks). Then you are a truck stop cowboy, slacker. Also thats based on using landstars trailer. NOT owning your own
