So this is something that is technically required but not ever asked for? We are a 300 truck operation, and I'm apparently the first this has happened to.

I don't have hazmat currently but it is part of our permit book at USA truck I was gonna grab the permit book and find it but you beat me to itPlantfoam Thanks this.

Good question lol...There's nothing in the tables that match it, unless I'm not seeing the comprehensive list.

It's only required if you have hazmat on board. That's the only time I've ever been asked for mine.

I would have left the courthouse, went to the nearest Seaworld or some place with spotted owls, dumped 55 gallons of used motor oil, lit the truck on fire and never returned to the Communist Republic of California ever again.

Let the company deal with it, you can appeal the points but honestly the company is at fault for not providing you with it.

The company told me not to worry about it, and I really wouldn't be if it weren't for the fix it ticket I need to get signed. They were saying it wasn't necessary to have the federal license with me, but at least I can show the guy what it looks like ....so I can hopefully get a copy emailed to me
