I'm new to this so forgive me if yall have already answered this. When doing the pre trip, do they have you hook the tractor to the trailer and do the hole thing at once? Or do they have you pre trip tractor first before hooking up? Thx

If I'm not mistaken basically run your 70 out and take 5 days off I think. Don't quote me though

I kinda think the same. A lot of the drivers I talk to come from other OTR companies or companies that didn't have much home time. The "Budwizer" at it again today lol. Gonna be pushing it to make it to my home dc for my go home day.BackIsSore Thanks this.

i had 30 minutes to pretrip trk and trl. i had to hook up and be ready with everything done in 30 minuteskruz1980 Thanks this.

I'm a 3/2 driver you work 6 days take your 34 reset come back run your 70 out then your off for 8 days. 3/2 drivers at my dc are tues Wed Thursday outs. You will be assigned 2 tractors. Drive 1 the first week. Then the other the next week.Last edited: May 9, 2017

All depends where your dc is located. Some D.C.'s have lots of activity and other too many miles between stops. 60-70k a year on the low end and you can always work during your week off if we're busy.
