    Started eagle to steal all that money from the owner operators. Nobody mentioned the investigation on owing all the owner operators money sue them in court even if its a class action. Make an example to these scumbags.

    I spoke with a recruiter and he was telling me that they pay the driver doing a lease purchase 70% on dry van loads and 75% on flatbed and refer loads . No forced dispatch. I forgot to ask what the average is with drivers .

    I don't know anyone that currently hauls for them on a lease purchase, but I would like to find out .

    Yes they do, has been several posts on here and lots of law suits because of it. Just search for it on the internet and you'll find a huge class action suit about it
