Looks like you guys are weathering the storm better than most.:biggrin_25525:

What's up with YRC truckload having a 104% operating ratio? I thought they were profitable...

YRCW is in danger of violating some of its debt agreements in future quarters if conditions do not improve. Trading at all-time low. Bonds are considered junk. Sell it and forget it.

Seems like yrc is good at running numbers, They to be able to pull a rabbit out when they need it . Holland had made a profit for years and when they bought them they can't make a profit . I wounder where they get there cash when they need it.

If I read it correct heres how I see it
Borrowed money to pay a note that was due soon (tells me they didn't have the money to pay it)Part of the money that was needed to pay the note now shows
as profit thereby making you look better than you are
Next years loan that's due now isn't .
But what about 2010 where are you gonna get the money then?
    sell 100 million more shares?

The money was used to pay off USF Hollands "mortgage".

our operational cash is pretty healthy (all things considered).

and keep in mind that we own a vast majority of our equipment and facilities outright.

not nearly as risky as a "lease" company or a company that runs an operational debt.

I haven't found any info on hollands mtg being paid off. I can't believe any thing they post at our term, I watch the Qtr statements. It shows a strong response to the current market, the next Qtr will show if frgt levels are improving or sliding down. I guess time will tell.
