a little advice

Well,your past background will affect your abilty to get hired on with some companies but not all.It will be up to you to contact a future employer and see what their hiring policies are on accident history,past criminal convictions and traffic convictions.Believe me,it will vary a wide range.Some are strict,others less.As for hiring a new driver,companies are already taking on alot of risk because of lack of experience and I doubt they want to take on more liabilty with a future employee that has a blemished background.Three misdemeanors won't look great and they don't disappear off your record over time.The two accidents will be on record even though no citations were issued.The speeding ticket dropped off long ago due to it's age.My advice,do your own background check and see what shows up before applying for a job.Texas Department of Transportation as of 2007 handles accident records.Texas Department of Public Safety handles criminal background and driver records.I think you'll find work but I don't think you'll be flying first class,probably the economy section until you prove yourself.Good luck.
