Sorry, just didn't have enough time to post the checks, but we we're snowed in today---thus didn't work so had more time today: Yes, we shut down even with about 1"-3" of snow on the ground.

In this particular case, i only worked 4 days that week, so i guess it's ok. Actually, i feel this job pays ok in general.

 

Yes, i am at $20/hr and will be going to $24 in about 3 months. Then eventually $28, 12 months after that.
