Lots of talk about annual salaries but not much about weekly hours? Don't you guys have a life? You are ok spending your whole life behind the wheel till you drop dead? Well I guess it's good greedy bosses have obedient slaves

Well I can attest I get a solid 60-63 hours/2.5 days at home, sleep in my own bed 3nights a week and usually never break a sweat at work. I'm ok with what I put in and how they compensate me. To each their own. Do whatever works for you.

I work usually less than 40h/week. Wouldn't work more because I have a life to live also. 6 weeks vacations a year is also a minimum for me and yet I get more money than I need.

Spending that much time with the wife almost defeats the purpose of working. :laughing-guffaw:

Which begs the question of why are you here in the Walmart Transportation section?? Is it to demean and gloat??

Like others have said, my husband is home 2.5 days every week, and will have to suffer through 5 weeks of vacation this year, paid at his full ADP. It sounds like you have a great job, but so do these guys. Have a fantastic weekend. :)

Well I drive for Walmart and I'm off 8 days every 2 weeks. I'm on vacation when I come to work. I get more rest on the road than I do at home

WallyWife, pusherman and kruz1980 Thank this.

If I was the CEO of WM and reading this thread, I would want to cut wages and farm it all out to Swift.
