why not just throw 4 straps over it?
-
That's the plan maybe i wasn't clear. 4 straps over the top hooked with a ratchet to one side of the trailer and a binder on the other side. My straps have chain links on the ends so I figured I can get it tighter. I don't trust straps unless they're on a winch unless I have no other choice.
Logan76 Thanks this. -
Portable will do fine. If you have a winch bar stick it in the ratchet and you can get another couple clicks out of it.Tb0n3, Logan76, Big_Red and 1 other person Thank this.

I'm ashamed I didn't think of that. I believe the acronym is K.I.S.S lol
-
Ya,put a strap around the bottom.
If that's not long enough, put 2 together. That way you can really get it tight with the 2 rachets.
You'll figure it out.... -
I see says the blind man, good thinking.Oxbow Thanks this.
