HOS LOG VIOLATIONS

Mind if I ask how the others werent your fault? You, after all, are the only one who controls your log book.

 

Scale house is called a chicken coup or coup for short. You dont have a cb do ya?

 

Relax, its not a show stopper, especially with some of the piss poor drivers out on the road who can't seem to log into the system let alone know what to do about time management.

I would ask them if you are confused for additional log training.

 

A co-op is a scale house. You know chicken coop ?

 

At Swift it's not a big deal at all. Unless you get a fine or a manual log audit, it's no big deal. Worst case, they do a manual audit and you get a logging class. Simple as that. Mine were "flagrant and blatant disregard for HOS logging requirements" and I got a personalized logging class out of it that I have to complete by 5/22 or something like that.

Yours don't sound too bad. #### happens.

 

Any elog you can edit your on duty time. The -4 hour shouldn't be anything you can't take care of.
