Need help from my Chicago friends.

    I haven't been into interior Chicago in a long time .
    Gotta drop tmw at Evans foods on 41st and Halsted .
    Ill be coming in on 55 from st Louis .
    Would like to get in and out without destroying a 70k reefer lol.
    Any advice ?

    Why don't you do it the easy way, call the receiver and they will give you instructions on how to best drive there.

    I'd Take 55 and get off on 90east ( Dan Ryan ) then get off on Pershing turn right ( West ) then turn Left ( South ) on Halsted and that place will be down on the right.

    There is a tiny truck stop with a Dunkin Donuts at Pershing and Morgan street which Is the next block from where you will turn.

    You should be good. Do you have a reload? What time are you coming in?

    Obviously morning time 55 north into Chicago is going to be busy busy

    I've forgot more about that part of Chicago than I remember but since I've retired from NYC chicagoland is my new Bronx lol.
    I don't deliver till 2 tmw afternoon so Not a big deal there .

    No but ill probably wind up down at monee or university park to load for Spartan Nash if my guess is right .
    Really appreciate the help ...I cut my teeth on Chicago in the 80s and lots I've forgotten.

    That's good. Monee is a lil less chaotic than Chicago :D Plus you got the truck stops right there.
