You will see between 1.02-1.27 per mile (most of it is around 1.09 per mile to the truck). that makes the freight rate around $ 1.67...

The Good: Alot of Miles..you run 2,800-3,600 miles a week easy

the Bad: Alot of deadhead, watch pre-planned loads, if they offer you a load that seems too good to be true guaranteed you will never run it.. they will pull it from you before you even get to it. you pay 0.13 per hub mile for maintaince (about 400-500 bucks a week).. highway tax will kill you. They are not 24/7, after 9pm you are basically on your own.

    cjb logistics Thanks this.

More direct answer for you post:

3200 miles a week would be easy for them... they have alot of freight from Waterloo, IA, to laredo, and then back...

you go home whenever you choose you want to go home

Sign On Bonus - be aware, they only give you $300 of it, the rest of it they put in the maintance account..

With you Owning your truck outright, the expenses would be around $200-300 for insurance, qualcomm, ect.. ect..

Fuel Discount program, isnt that bad, not the best I seen... anywhere from 0.11 - 0.25 off per gallon.

Most the freight is DROP AND HOOK... no touch..

You can expect to make $1200-1500 a week downside (bringing a truck not leasing threw them), and $2,000-2,800 on the upside..

Their is some negative, but alot more positive about the company, they are family orientated and when they F#*$ up they do try to make it right.

They do offer incentives for retirement as well.

Not sure if they make you do the maintaince account, if you bring a truck.. lease trucks do..

I can show you settlements, and actual mileage... most are 2,600+ miles a week... one is 3,400 miles, brought home 1500 with 800 fixed expenses

Not sure what the recruiter said, I for one, always go out and find drivers and ask them.. a driver has less reason to lie, since we seldom profit from it.

Thanks, something's to bring up Monday if I call them back. Be nice not to pay hopper rental, even if running mile rate is lower then hopper runs.

They have the freight, but the rates are very low... by the end of the week, you will bring home 0.28-0.38 per mile...
