Service it ... new fuel and air filters. Beyond that if you feel like going to Thermo King (the place where your bill will always be $500+ per visit) Have them change the timing for when the AC Pump kicks in. So it gives the motor time to settle down before putting a load on it.

If you have a battery with a bad cell, it can put an instant load on the alternator .... which again can cause stumbling on tripac start

    earnies2 Thanks this.

Sorry to hear. Ive had some general dealing with TK. However the place i go to TK of Roanoke VA does great work.
Ive had them walk me through a half hour of electrical diagnostics over the phone before.
My tripac has done exactly the same thing twice before. The first time i replaced the fuel filters, and it stopped.
The second time it did it, it bucked and banged and then just gave up. Straight to ENG. I started tracing my lines and saw i had broken a fuel line (10 ur old pvc fitting) on the filler tube/fuel tanks.

....clogged fuel filters. Replace them both every year or 1000 hours, whatever comes first.
