Just started this week out of San Antonio as a slip seat driver. So far I'm not impressed. I'm not going to do the slip seat position as I can already see lots of problems. I'm gonna try to find a dedicated run or maybe regional depending on the home time. Nice equipment and they will get down the road. As with most large companies, there are a lot of moving parts and most times, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

UPDATE: I didn't make it 3 weeks. They tell you that you'll be home ever day but that is if they have loads to get you home. I ran out of hours trying to get back to the yard for my night driver and the next day they tried the same crap again. I wasn't running out of hours again so I bobtailed back to the yard. HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You now know the reason they go thru so many drivers. I hope they put some crap on my DAC report because I have a screenshot of the ad they have on Craigslist and I also have my logs. I have no problem getting a lawyer after these crooks.
Getsinyourblood and Rusty Trawler Thank this. -
I havent heard to much good bout them , over worked under paid. Owner ops get flat rate of $1 how can they even offer that just shows what kind of company they are

One of the most disorganized and unprofessional companies I have EVER worked for. Between Keith being an @$$hole and thinking he's God, to the lazy dispatchers. They have no idea how to use the computers apparently. You get dispatched out on a load, then deliver it at the next terminal and then that dispatcher gets mad cause they have to do the previous dispatchers job and put it in the computer cause the load was never put in. Or better yet, you get a call from Little Rock dispatch asking when you plan on getting off your ### to deliver the load, mind you.... you've already picked up the trailer, driven 4 hours, pulled into the next terminal, dropped the trailer, and are walking in to turn the paperwork in and get dispatched for next load. Worst place I have ever worked they will lie on you and put stuff on your Dac report I worked there from 5-15 to 5-16 I found out today when I called them Dawn told me a dispatcher in Laredo put in the computer that I was asked to go take a drug test and I refused and went home That's not true they have drivers quit every day I got tried of going to work at 6 am and sitting there till 1 pm before you get a load the people in Little Rock office are rude
