I had made a delivery to a customer which is at a plant , and they only had one portapotty for the drivers with no running water to wash your hands. Now I made deliveries to the same company at different locations, and they either will walk you to the restroom or you can just walk right in for the drivers. Are restrooms required for anyone making deliveries? This is the first time at a big plant that had no restrooms with running water for drivers.

Purchase a chemical toilet for camping purposes into your sleeper with the necessary disposable materials etc. The water you will have to purchase by the case and take care of manually for yourself.

In other words the plants no longer allow drivers free roaming into restrooms.

The last time a plant allowed me to access, the migrant workforce considered me a intruder and treated me as such. Since it was a meat plant with knives of all kinds (Some were chained to tables etc) it was a rather dangerous evolution.

Plan your arrivals to the plant having eliminated the necessary waste prior.

It's crazy and some times bordering on inhumane but times have changed quite a bit. And not without cause when you consider what outside drivers sometimes did to the plant's facilities.

I recall this was common in California
Drive all night ...get there ...and no facilities
Confirmed with the state that they do not have to
provide anything for drivers ( or anyone that doesn't work there )

Funny I'm reading this in a porta potty right now. I have Clorox cleanup wipes I use at every toilet. Most don't even need them but there are times I have to wipe away poo,wee wee and butt grease from swamp ###. Some guys have a huge arse and always leave a streak at the top center of the rim. If your gonna be sitting for 18-20 a porta potty is a blessing, just have to clean it up a bit. Also carry thick wet wipes to avoid fingers breaking through the thin paper resulting in Mud Mitts. Hand sanitizer with alcohol and aloe to clean up. Don't Care if it has alcohol in it, I'm not drinking it like the Inuits in Alaska.

Many companies are fed up with messes, vandalism, and graffiti until it gets to this point.
