Not me. I'll just as soon leave it as it is. You write better than I do anyhow with that kind of talking.

For me I think the entertainment is waiting for that one sourpuss having a bad day hop on here and give you trouble, I'll just add him to the ignore list.

I appreciate the wealth of knowledge both of you guys have chosen to share. I have found a lot of answers I have needed just by looking for both of your replies in old threads!

The banter is just a little icing on the cake.

By the way, Hurst were you headed south on 75 out of Atlanta this morning? If not there was a very similar set up as the one in you signature headed south. But I then recalled you got another truck?

    No sir,

I'm currently parked near Watford City, ND.

Not many out here like my truck and trailer, so its easily recognizable. I cant tell you how many times I have people I dont know coming up and asking me if I am Hurst. Try not to let my head swell up,. but kinda nice to know people remember me.

    Funny story,...
Back when I was doing reefer work as a company driver, I had a plane jane white KW T660 with an unmarked plane jane white Great Dane reefer.

After getting a shower I came back out to my truck, tossed my bag over on the passenger seat and then noticed all these food wrappers and trash all over the place. Out loud I said WTF is all this *ish in here? Then a guy back in the sleeper says,.. Yeah I need to clean up in here. It was then that I realized I was not in my truck. I was parked one more row up.

Oh man. How did you exit? That had to be awesome! I worked with a guy that somehow made it back to his neighborhood deeply intoxicated, but managed to end up walking into the wrong house and climbed into bed. I forget the complete story but he was awoken around 5am getting his ### beat by the neighbor.

Just apologized, grabbed my bag and grabbed the door handle as quickly as I could.

Freaky experience for sure. I just wanted to lay down and sleep. They had me running coast to coast, back to back with multiple stops along the way. It was exhausting work. I used to look forward to slow receivers, that was how I would catch up on sleep,. then drive like a zombie on auto-pilot for the next leg. I hated it.

You need to know where those axles are. I don't think I've ever seen a 53 with the rear axle all the way to the rear. It had better be an awfully cheap trailer if that's where the axles are. If it has a 5 ft tuck then that's different. I have two that are 41 ft from KP to center of spread. Got a big ticket in QC and they impounded both loads. I've been inspected in ON, NY, PA, NB, NS without incident. Also been to from FL to ME but never been inspected.
