So i have some concerns. A ups double landed in a ditch this morning about 10 trucks in front of me. I had to hit my brakes pretty hard. As a result, i had load shift. Mt trailer is obviously tilted hard. I only have 26 small pallets. But its rolled steel with total weight of 43000lbs. My boss wants me to run it. I found a warehouse that can fix it but not until morn. As i hate sitting here.... i feel it is the safest option. I have sent her multiple photos and she still insists i run it. Input would be great! Thanks and drive safe all.
Load shift.

You need to find safe haven and stay put and not move until it's resettled.
You did good finding a place where that load can be worked again and made safe. Don't YOU worry about it. You are doing exactly what I expect from those whose loads have shifted a bit.
I once used a large building wall to shift a unsteady load. I can still hear the teasing even today from others. Aww look at heavy doing the fornication on the building... things like that.
Don't worry. You display what I like best in a trucker. Being safe.ExOTR, JReding and Gearjammer78 Thank this. -

Unhook your tractor, tie a strap to your frame and pull the pallets to straighten your load, did it in a pilot last year

Each pallet is about 1700lbs

Yup that trailer needs to have it's load removed. I think due to the structural signs of breakage, you will want a new trailer brought to you and load into that.
Jimmy Hoffa, JReding and mitrucker Thank this. -
Smart man. Don't haul that until it's fixed.
Dye Guardian and x1Heavy Thank this. -
Monday is a long wait see if you can find someplace else and if you can you fix the load hard telling how much they would charge if they moved the load and knowing your boss he will charge you.How far do you have to go?
