Its the points,.. 5 pts,.. technically some states can revoke your CDL status over 5pts.
Do not plead guilty what ever you do. Do not allow the judge or state to offer any kind of probation or step docket. Thats their way or not admitting they screwed up and keeps you at risk.
Any 3rd rate back alley lawyer can get something like this dismissed. Depending on your appearance, mannerisms and attitude, you should be able to get this done yourself. But if you have any doubts,.. just lawyer up.
HurstDanch Thanks this. -
the company already knows about it I called them when it happened. Who would I see in the city about getting the accident report shredded?
-
Lol this will ruin me aye gtfohstreet beater Thanks this.

So let's say I end up beating this and don't lose any points whats the damage then considering the accident report
-
Just depends on if he talks to the right person and makes the right argument. I have changed reports when they were not correct.
-
Where should I start as far as changing the report?
-
A supervisor. Likely a traffic supervisor. If needed go above his head.
-
Meaning a traffic police officer

Really the report isn't going anywhere, forget that stupid shredding idea.
You said this happened when you were putting the dumpster on the truck, and not driving down the road?
If this is correct, then how can the cop give you an unsecured load ticket if this was a loading procedure?
The only thing I can think of is that you were reckless in how you were loading it and you didn't take in account the tree limbs but still it takes a lot to do that damage.
And where did the reckless driving ticket come from, you were not driving.
I would not worry too much, the company insurance will pay for the damages, they may ask you to foot the bill for the deductable but that's all that they can do at this point. The report is already evidence to the accident, which is already documented so I would get rid of the ticket and move on with being careful next time.
