    Have you considered Roehl? They have 14/7, 7/4-7/3, 7/7. Pay is at most .36 to start, but at least .34. When I was there (for 4 months), you got a 3 cpm raise after 3 months, the 1cpm after 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year. Not a bad starter company. Trucks aren't the newest, but maintenance is pretty good. You almost never get pulled into the scales.
