your right mattie, but how do you do that in the "me generation"? everyone wants to complain, no one wants to do anything about it. If they don't like the way trainee's are being taught, become a trainer and do a better job!!!

mattie....thats part of the problem with big outfits like this

who in there right mind lets someone with 6 (yes 6) MONTHS exeriance become a trainer???????

and yes....as has been covered innumberous times...we were all rookies at one point
heck i still catch myself doin dumb stuff, and i learn something every frickin day im out here....so i guess im not a know it all...just someone who was trained the "right" way on how not to wreck a truck

am i the only one who read the recent article on a swift driver attempting to take her 13'6" rig thru a 9'9" tunel????

as to the comment on the o/o who wrecked....yup it even happens to the best of us

but i personally have never been run off the road by an o/o....only swifty's have claim to THAT title (and yes i meant plumb off the road...in the ditch...and callin a wrecker to drag me back outta the barrow pit)

ok maybe Im not good at the numbers here, but something isnt adding up...how can the tunnel height be 9 10 and the trailer only gets damaged? a good chunk of the tractor should be missing if that was the case. I figure the tunnel was 13 and the trailer was 13 6?

I was thinking the same thing but they probably figured on maybe 9'10" at the where it starts to turn inward. Maybe, snow compensation added in there also. Who knows still yet no excuse to top the trailer.
