    Well I would have chosen them too but I needed something that was going to benefit me. USX has a military apprenticeship program which is OJT program that I can use to withdraw my Post 9/11 GI Bill and I will earn an extra 1400 a month from the VA directly. So that extra money per month will be my cushion for when freight is slow or I have a bad week and dont get that many miles per week

    Yea it is. I picked up a lot relays and did a lot of sitting around. That gets boring after awhile especially when you are OTR.

    Thank you. Like I said I know this business and really with my background, exp, knowledge and skills, and certifications, I should be a fleet manager or operations manager. I have the credentials and could apply but I want to drive trucks. My dream has always been to own my own trucking company but driving trucks is where it all starts out at. Drivers are the backbone of any trucking company.
