I mean, setting the thing on fire will fix it.
Check to see if their insurance covers arson? Maybe? -
Yeah they are harbored around and under the fridge area as that is where I see them the most. I hope the company is willing to pay somebody to gut the truck like that but it seems that's the only sure way to get rid of them.

Living in FL have you thought about heat to kill them?
I found this among several other articles for heat treatment,

Just remove and clean every part of the interior, it's a lot of work, but it gives you peace of mind afterwards. Remove EVERYTHING, them.. set a couple coil bombs in there and leave the truck sealed shut and let them do their job. If you have carpet afterwards, shampoo steam clean it, use cleaner to clean all other surfaces then reassemble.

I would think parking it in Phoenix for a couple of 120 degree days would kill them off. The interior should get a lot hotter with the windows rolled up.

The coils smoulder. They are used to repel bugs. Pretty common up here during black fly season. I don't think they would work with roaches. Your truck would just stink! Professional help is likely required, they usually have the "good stuff" for killing roaches. Farm supply store may also carry a better roach killer.
