Today is gonna be my first time in Alabama. Montgomery to be exact. My dedicated runs are normally north east. But anyways aside from the legendary TA in Monty, is there anything else you veterans suggest I look out or prepare for?

This run should be a breeze since you're use to northeast runs.

Quite a few like to drive 10 under in town so you end up stopping at every light.

Watch out for the speed traps. Alabama like Mississippi is full of em.

Alabama is generally good driving. It and Arkansas were two of my favorites while I was OTR.
I do all my biz in the Northeast now, so I feel ya, OP. If you can drive up here (especially the 95 corridor from Boston to Richmond, VA) you can drive nearly anywhere, IMO.HwyDragon Thanks this.
