As the others have said before me, I'd stay.... and get the experience. It's not bad pay at all, in today's market; especially with bennies.
If you were to jump from this opportunity and go to a Mega (or a school?) to finish your due diligence of 6 months to a year experience before you can really prosper, you'd be looking at a PAY CUT, in actuality.
