What did they do 2 weeks ago?
-
Is the compressor cycling? Hi/low pressure readings, visible leaks under black light, if you force the compressor to engage with direct 12v will it blow cold?
My guess if it's two weeks past repair you have a slow leak, and the compressor won't engage as a safety measure.LandslideRich Thanks this. -
Replaced receiver drier o ring and y pipe for sleeper. Plus evac and charge. $1150.00 at Denver Volvo.

Several things to check, condenser blocked with bugs, leaves, even a walmart bag.Is compressor cycling? Maybe the full charge of pressure found another old o ring to blow out a small leak.If it was my rig,I would get a $30 can of R22 with stop leak and a built in guage on the charge hose. Then i would see what it shows on guage when or if compressor cycles. If compressor comes on and its low on the gauge(I would top it off.Does it blow cold or cool to say 70° then after 75° it starts to blow warmer? If its indeed a Small leak, the Stop leak will usually get you thru for the summer.Just kind of depends on how much "grip" you are willing to sink into it.JMOKB3MMX Thanks this.

Agree. If you service for leaking Orings they should've pulled everything apart and replaced them all. The Orings are dirt cheap!!
LandslideRich Thanks this. -
Actually, I just looked at the bill and they replaced the receiver drier.KB3MMX Thanks this.

Not sure why they put 1992 for the year. Its actually a 2011. -

tech just doing cya after you refused to "wait for parts"...not much brain power was used to document that.
its not warranty work anyways...so they just type up whatever -
Actually it was waranty of the $1150 I spent in Denver a week and a half ago for the same issue. Going to call corporate Monday morning and pitch a #####.
