At a FlyingJ waiting for early delivery tomorrow morning. Was in the sleeper watching tv when something made me get up and open the curtains... sure enough, JB Hunt is blindsiding next to me. Never got out and checked. Did I mentioned it was a blindside back up? I had to blow the horn to stop him from hitting my tanker. I'm placarded. WTF? Just avoided a major headache... Get out and look, you lazy sums of peaches.
Get. Out. And. Look. Everytime

These people. Few have any business attempting a blind side. Problem is, many more than that try it. And of those, half don't even need to.
WTH is wrong with some of these people? They trying to get some badge or something? They think if they can get lucky an pull it off without incident, they'll get a raise or something?
You want to impress me? Back like you have a brain in your skull that's halfway operational.

Even in the meager training I got from northAmerican VanLines as one of their 2 week training program kick them out the door chumps, we were taught to 1st straight line back if possible, if not back in on the visual side, only as a total last resort blind side it in.

I have never blindsided in a truck stop and I don't think I would ever try to.
