They call from far away lands and through internet phones, that's how they get away with calling you even though you may be on some do not call list. There is no way to chase them down. I just hangup most of the time. Sometimes I play with them to see how angry I can make them....

VPN proxies hide IP addresses. So you are anonymous on the Internet. There are also IP blockers if you are already compromised. I don’t get unwanted calls. Well except for the wife, right.

    I would beg to differ.

Your MAC address is from your actual network card. All Network cards made have a unique serial. If there is a mineable data packet that contains that routing in addition to whatever active IP assigned to your machine, it can be located. Just a little bit harder when using VPN and proxies.

The UK has a effort underway to ban encryption entirely.

The NSA has data centers on each of our Sonnets tied to the USA, those capture and store everything run over the Net.

IP Addresses are divided into 5 groups Globally such as RIPE etc, ICANN used to contain the master root directory for the entire Internet and held in the USA, I think last year we gave that up to the United Nations control, particularly China and other Nation States less friendly to the United States.

I can go on, but a little knowledge is dangerous as far as I am concerned. And I am not the one to be talking about things in too much detail about them. I spent enough time in the proxy lab to see all computers inside the college campus and in some cases virtually be over the secretary shoulder as she browsed the net during her lunch break just to show what is possible by joining her machine and streaming it back to us in real time. Whatever she saw, we saw. In this case trees.

LOL, just because you have been doing something for most of your life doesn't mean you are any good at it

These two statements of yours sound like a desperate declaration of your superiority; why bother? please consider why you need to pound away about how great you are to a total stranger

IMHO you have no idea who I am so your arrogance is unwarranted and unremarkable, your short-sighted statements about drivers, your unfounded assumptions about me and your irrelevant, nonsensical finger-wagging all make you sound like a super trucker who acts on his ego and emotions, over-confident and full of himself, all dangerous traits in a truck, check yourself, driver[/QUOTE]

endless rambling bs, sure you're not a company driver? Lease Operator at Western Express sounds about right.

Speaking of ELD , I noticed today that the supreme court isn't gonna hear the ELD mandate case.

Not that they would have used any common sense anyways though...
