You can always file a lawsuit if this is in fact the case. As long as you're being straight up with what happened. The fence is in fact the only incident.
newbdriver, street beater and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
I'm pretty sure in this day & age they can and WILL find it out. Have you tried any companies that might want you to go through "retraining" for a little week or two??
ps: Even though it's only 3 months experience.. it's something. There ARE second chance companies, ie: TransAm, CFI, Carolina Cargo, Western Express, and China knows way more. That's a short list.
What kind of freight were you hauling? What do you prefer to haul?Mike2633 Thanks this. -
was hauling autoparts non touch frieght..ive asked about retraining, think i need to go to a second chance company at this point..thanks so much for the helpG13Tomcat Thanks this.

You have to divulge any and all work history for the last 10 years as far as i know. Dont omit them, i know its tempting... specifically look for companies that train, the big problem you have is insurance bs. Not all companys concider grass or mud a accident...newbdriver Thanks this.

My thoughts exactly. (He was on a bit ago, looking at his thread, and has not yet replied. I'm thinking not good thoughts....)
Not to hijack your post, OP.... these guys are right. You had ONE "accident....." that's all. Check with some of the companies I listed... and I'm sure there's more. Another flatbed company is Western Express. They are quite forgiving, and I've seen a few good flatbedders come out of there, onto MUCH bigger and better things, if you'd be willing to learn the f/b and securement world of this industry, man.newbdriver Thanks this. -
Fake news... your not sorry.... well, thats debatable.... but i digress.... dunno, think hes licking his wounds... but i digress yet again.... yeah he should be able to find somewhere to hitch ontonewbdriver and G13Tomcat Thank this.
