He did ditch it... twice i think. But the kids got tenacity I'll give him that. Hes turning skate for melton, he seems quite happy despite a mechanical issue that got him heat from some others here, and some less than perfect "free time" choices that he made public. But he seems to have nose firmly planted in grindstone. Fingers crossed the growing pains are behind him...

While they do appear to be minor incidents the issue may be that you've had alot of "incidents" in a relatively short period of time what companies are going to consider is there insurance premiums what it looks like is you still haven't mastered the art of driving with a long trailer behind you and are still behaving like your driving a car when going around a corner always check where your back wheels are.newbdriver Thanks this.

Again it was in the first two weeks driving but after that i didnt have a problem at all I got used to night driving and understood the movements of my trailer but by then those.incidents just finished getting processed

From what you post, Pam is telling other companies about it anyway when they're called to verify employment.
Do the online applications to the companies I listed, then follow with a phone call and say, "I'm checking on my job application."
I think you'll be on the road in a few days with one of those 2nd chance companies. -
Don't put PAM on there. If it's not on your DAC. I know you will lose the experience but I wouldn't even put them down as a past employer. Period. And move on

Then forget ever driving for PAM.
Make good friends with an O/O....use them as a reference, if you have to....
This will help "tie-in" the experience section.
Oh, and IDGAF to those that say "dont lie"...These Mega's lie to drivers all the time, so a find a way to make the system work for you, and keep it moving. -
Calling a recruiter won't help you. Do the online applications, then call the company and ask about your job application. The company will pull up your application on their computer screen and get right down to business.
There's new drivers on here that had 5 incidents like you did and they went right to work with another company. Running over some lawn isn't the same as as a head-on collision with a loaded school bus.

I am leery of sticking a fork into this particular mess. But I will say this.
Mudhole one The word No = Zero.
The little word No. Means no. Really no and no and that's it no discussion, Keep that rig on pavement.
If they WANT THAT TRUCK into the MUDHOLE... they can BUY the #### thing and then drive it into it themselves. but your no must be a absolute and firm No. You will not get weak and drive that thing a inch anywhere near something you know is a hazard. No matter how much they intimidate and yell.
Ive said enough. No. Must be no. and absolutely no. And then do not physically climb up there and drive that #### thing into a hole.
