If your prior Military go into Schneider bulk.. I know guys starting brand new at 50 cpm.. I got robbed at 46 cpm but oh well it is what it is... you can be a brand new driver making 1500 most weeks if prior Military here. They do piss me off sometimes but everything outside Military sorta does so it is what is.. They pay 200 month tuition reimbursement even if you used post 9/11 gi bill also, I really like this. And 1300 month for year in Military apprenticeship. It stages down twice I think I can't remember. Starts 1300 then 1100 then 1000 at end I believe. I make good money with snbc or I would bounce and definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody. But I gotta admit snbc does me right.

I hope it works out, if nothing else do your year and grab all the bonus then split if it doesn't fit you. But it's really not a bad company at all. I started thinking I was gonna get experience then leave but I have no reason too so far. I make good money, actually really good. And they let me take off as much as I want when I want. They don't bother me about idle or where I fuel up at. I'm pretty sure it's because I work my butt off when I'm out on the road. For my checks to be as big as they are I'm sure I'm making great money for snbc. It sucks the truck only go's 64 mph but I talked to a tanker driver while unloading the other day who's truck went 75 mph.. this sound great up until he said he made 39 cpm loaded and like 34 empty. He needs a 100 mph truck I thought to myself then. He was out of Nebraska I guess they don't pay much or either people don't have internet there or something. Cause he is being robbedywevis Thanks this.

Schneider is a great starter company. I was able to start off as a regional driver right out of school being home multiple times per week and after just 4 months switched to a home daily gig. A lot of drivers have been with the company for years and love it. There is a lot of negative talk out there about megas but unless you've been through it, you won't know what it's like. Of course, I'm talking about the Intermodal division, not OTR so things might be different.
