I never tried it as I knew there was a chance the connectors were different, but it's all a matter of finding out what wires are to what and splicing your original connectors to the new mirrors.

When you splice, I would use butt-less connectors and heat the ends with a torch to seal it from corrosion and wrap them in electrical tape.

As far as the Coax, you may need to go a CB Shop and get some Adapters to couple them together, or pull your old Coax out of your old mirrors and run them in the new ones.

I have not done this but I was thinking about it. I want my mirrors to blink. Let us know how it goes. How much did the pair cost you?

About 550 for the pair with shipping. Volvo wanted over $600 just for one .

That's a awesome price! My new truck has them with the built in turn signals they're great.

If you get the aero covers too.. I'd highly recommend using heavy gauge plastic zip ties instead of the metal ones Volvo uses to attach them.
The metal ones get loose and fail in the wind... Which caused some minor body damage to my new truck. Grrrr
I also put one plastic tie strap over them to keep them from splitting and being able to come off now..

i have this exact same ones on my volvo it's an 05 the quality is not really good you are going to have problems with mirror heat and #### like this just cuz everything is made in china and they are really cheap quality i get plenty of those here in chicago. but still ok once you put the arms to stabilize from new volvo they end up being ok. just wire issues mainly, you can maybe try to swap the wires from the old ones if they are good.

There's a company that sells just the mirror glass that has the turn signal led integrated into the mirror, like the OEM Volvo that you can retrofit it to yours.

I believe I saw it on Amazon.
