    Not out of conover but I have talked to quite a few drivers out of Tupelo, and they do not leave when they get hired. I been trying to get on for months. It's a great company with great benefits and they seem to nearly have no turnover. And all their drivers seem very happy and I've talked to quite a few

    Thanks , I've got a drug test and physical assessment Monday and should be starting in 2 weeks. It seems they're a top notch company that's why I jumped on it when I saw the advertisement .

    Yeah definitely do. Especially if you can get on the LTL side. Day cab trucks, hotel on nights out. But yeah great company from everyone I've talked to. I sure wish I could get on down here but nobody will leave em lol

    I'll be in a sleeper out probably 3 nights a week but they still pay for a hotel and layover pay whether I stay in the truck or not! I wish you luck down there , just call a recruiter every week and keep your name on their mind and maybe persistence will pay off.

    I sure am. Been here 3 months I think and like it pretty well. Pays good and they treat me well. As long as there's no problems on my route I never here from them till I let them know I'm empty.

    That's awesome
    I looked into the company when I saw an ad for drivers out of Aberdeen, driving to NC and Indy.
