bidding to be owner operator

    • how should I bid in this business. I want to know what it mean to bid per route? does it mean I should put an amount for daily charges or weekly. lets say I want to bill them 400$ per day , should I put that number or something else

        • 10.5 hrs per route

      • REQUIREMENTS
        • Dry cargo van with 230 cubic feet of cargo space
        • Onsite dispatcher
        • Uniformed messengers
        • 7/365 day operation
        • 1 shift per day
      • RATE CONSIDERATIONS
        • Inclusive of fuel, vehicle, maintenance, insurance, and dispatcher expenses
        • Tolls to be billed to Amazon
        • Some work will earn tips

    I would call the customer and get the facts directly from them. You wouldn't want to commit to something and find out its not what you were expecting afterwards

    Sounds like and LTL gig with a straight truck? I don't pull vans but 230 cubic feet sounds a little small for a 53' van
