I can tell you 100% you won't be fired for this by Swift for this. It's actually 12 points for an accident involving a fixed object. You don't want to get anymore.

Basically you will get your first and final warning. You'll get a speech on a proper pretrip and on GOAL.

When I'm making a left turn, my eyes are almost 100% glued to my left convex mirror. Same with a right turn. I will take my eyes off of it for 1 second to make sure I'm not about to hit something in front of me, but then my eyes snap back to that mirror.

 

Definitely don't let other drivers rush you. Hell, if they start honking and yelling at you on the CB, you can always bark back at them about how much faster you could get in if someone would spot you in lol

 

Or... Bark into that radio, who has the Class a from ... earlier than 1965? No? Shut up kiddies, give the man some room in this here sandbox LOL.
