I have a good standing with my bank and let them know of the situation, and because we have banked with them for a long time and we both worked for a consistent 4 years, they will overlook her not having a job and put her credit on the loan and use my past history for credible work history, good thing about military banking

BEFORE you apply for a loan, BEFORE your wife quits her job... Get 1 year driving experience in, if you beat the odds and last that long THAN you will know the money part and how weekly checks will fluctuate.

Im sorry sir, Im being a little conservative against the bankers, we paid 19% in the early 80's And so we will be back up there again in variable rate before long.

So you want to cut out one source of income completely, move, triple your living expenses before you work a single day of a job you have no idea if you'll like AND all at a company where the average yearly wage (not first year, not new, not in training but an average of all drivers at this company) is $44k a year according to Indeed .com. Your life is about to be looking like Richard Hammond's electric car.
