I don't think this company is really a major carrier, but mostly running garbage trucks, roll off trucks, or other waste management business.
I saw an ad that they're looking for a Class A driver to run trailers from 2 collection locations to another town where the landfill is. Seems sort of like a Linehaul situation.
Just wondered if anyone is familiar with this company or if there are things I should be aware of with getting trailers into landfills. Maybe tip up the truck in a Dumper?

If it's the same gig I called about 2 years ago it sounded ok. Not great but ok. I think the driver does 2 runs a day. It sure where it was or to. If I remember correctly it was around $900 a week for pay. Hope that helps

$900 gross? Or Net?
-
Sounds like you'll be using a transfer trailer picking up at the 2 different Transfer stations and taking them to the landfill. You'll back onto a tipper at the landfill.
-
Gross. Didn't sound like a very hard job. It wasn't much pay. I live in Norway

Dayton Freight just opened up a terminal in norway so you might wanna check and see if there adding any drivers
Bob Dobalina and VIDEODROME Thank this. -
I appreciate the feedback. I am working now, but randomly saw the ad for GAD and thought it was an interesting option either for for Transfer or even Class B garbage truck guy. That would be a long day tossing people's #### from the curb, but it would be a local gig and getting exercise.

I thought this was another Swift thread
