Painful seam in worn out factory seat

    Not just sciatic nerve although a possibility. It could also be a disc in his back being degenerated/slipped/ herniated and the pain will exit butt cheek. Everything sort of connected back there. My X-ray after 35 years trucking had to have my chassis overhauled with screws and rods to make me 10 ' tall and bullet proof again. IMG_1403_zpsznwocbk8.jpg

    Thanks for the help, took those metal pieces off last night. There is a cord with metal eyelets on either side that runs through a channel cut in the top of the foam. When the seat is compressed that metal eyelet is able to rise up out of the channel and dig into my backside.

    I cut the metal rings off and use heavy zip ties when it goes back together....never had a problem.
    I may have a blue and gray seat cushion like new....if I can find it I will shoot you a PM.
