Hi Mr. Ed. I think now that I've had time to go over many companies, I think I'd like to give Britton a chance. Especially since many are telling me to stay clear from Werner which is who I am booked with at the moment. My question is though I already spoke to two recruiters at Britton a long while back and ended up needing more time to think about it. Think they will give me another chance? There was no drug test yet or anything. Just talking on the phone about the contract etc. Bit embarrassed because they probably think I couldn't make my mind up. I am interested in Van division. Have passport and everything. Thank you!

Give them a call. They won't hold that against you. They get calls all the time from drivers doing research. They actually expect that they arent the only company that you are looking into.

Britton trucks are set at 65 mph now. At one time they were set at 62. I guess we whined enough. They turned them up some. That's been in effect, I think, like 3 years now.

Be careful what you say on here, you will be pulled over by black SUVs and forced into a sleep study.

What the heck are you talking about? If that's a joke, we seem to have lost the punchline somewhere around here. Help us look for it!

Hey all. I havent updated lately. Still running happy with Britton. They are still treating me well. I had a little glitch lately. I went to take a DOT physical. I failed it due to a cataract in my left. Britton was really good about it all. They didnt have me turn in my truck or anything. They all seemed concerned about me. Not about their truck. They happily said, your truck will be here when you get back. And it was. So now I am back to work after all this hassle and they are happy I'm back, and I'm happy to be back. I told them, in 6 months or a year I gotta have the right eye done. They said, just lets us know. I know of companies that would let a driver go over this. They'd say "call us and reapplywhen you get your stuff fixed".
