As I read the June "News You Can use", one topic was the paperwork procedures for scanning bills to G.B. We all know it well, but I noticed that there was nothing about writing the load#, driver#, power# or trailer# directly on the BOL. Back in 2013, when I went thru orientation, this was what we were told to do. And I have faithfully done so. So dose this still apply, or am I now wasting ink?
Thanks, Anthony

I'm assuming it still applies along with arrival and departure times even though no-one at IP seems to do any of that. Never understood why I have to write the trailer number when it's on the bills to begin with but it's not something I'd lose any sleep over.

AM14 Thanks this.

The only thing you need to write is in and out times for pu and delivery.
On lumper receipts you should have the load number.tnscavenger Thanks this. -

Guess I'm a bad driverPoleCrusher Thanks this. -
I just make sure my signature and the sticker are on the bills. The only time I had an issue about one of my bills was when I actually put everything they wanted me to put on it.

PoleCrusher and TennMan Thank this.
