Used batteries spose to be exempt from hazmat; I don't have the green book to quote.
That being said they better be wrapped up good: wouldn't want one to go bouncing out of the stack being that the bottoms are flat but generally resting on battery terminal posts.snowman_w900, cke, wore out and 3 others Thank this. -
