I know wasn't that something.News has been making this the main news all day.The shooter was anti trump and some real disturbing posts on his Facebook which should have been reported to the secret service.

 

I was not going to say anything, but Capitol Police goes where Congress goes, thankfully.

They better think twice about not concealed carry. Im fixing to take active shooter training with a few hundred others at the end of year with the state police and I think it's going to be a very intense time. I don't know if they want use paint ball or simunition to hunt Officers as the bad guy in that role for scenarios. Ive already been through IDF Core one and parts of two. Getting past 20 people who want out now through a single door does not come close to say a food court with hundreds wanting over the rails right away.

They are not saying much about the Shooter other than that they have caputred him. What I want to know is why did someone get to a mental decision to not just commit a shooting attack but take on the leadership of Congress and their staffing plus any police that will most certainly be around them. Who is that shooter that was so stupid to do this? And more importantly why?

You would think the US Media will have (*Sliding into a sort of street slang... Pri-cccise" info on the shooter. But zip, nada, bupkis etc.)

And what about the poor concealed carry? What do you think Society is going to think when he or she realized that they saved congress, the leaders of the free world. In a place that is so rabidly anti gun it's unbelieveable.

One of these days if I ever get clean, stay clean long enough to heal over some of the physical challenges I'll go learn or train to work as a long gun carrier in some sort of security. I think there is a trucking company that does lot of business with dear uncle sam that would take the likes of me. No problem excepting the training which I look forward to.

 

I had a load of "equipment" with 2 drops, Philly and Baltimore. I figured some sort of generators or something. When I got to the shipper, it was a load of ATVs. I've never been so scared lol. Everyone was eyeballing them and I'm pretty sure a car was following me at one point. If I knew they were ATVs going there, I would've never accepted the load.
