Do they have cameras in the trucks? Driver or outward facing?
Just took my drug test to start with them but forgot to ask about that. May be a deal breaker if so.

Thought I had responded to this but apparently never did. For anyone wondering NO, no cameras.

4 years later and still trucking along. Were down several drivers so they have more than enough work to go around for anyone thats interested in making a switch. Have had some huge pay checks the past few weeks
Lonesome Thanks this. -
And here I felt bad for paying my driver 60 cpm lol.
-
We’re up to 47cpm out of the NC terminal. Some of the others pay upwards of 60cpm.
Cpm is an arbitrary number. I haven’t seen many “otr” home every weekend jobs that can pay 80K or more a year like Zenith does. If you’re one of the few that does then congratulations! -
Do they hire from Greer, SC? And if so, do you know if that's home every weekend? Thanks for any info

You’d have to talk to them. You’d likely have to leave the truck in Conover and commute. I know a few people do drive some lengthy distances. I’d speculate that if you had a secure lot to park in you might get lucky and make other arrangements but don’t hold me to it. The downside is you’d likely run a lot of Atlanta.BFL123 Thanks this.

I worked at zenith from July of 17 to Jan of 18. Had to leave due to a medical issue with my son at home, and had to go local. If anything ever happens where I could come back I sure would. I made really good money. Only downside, my truck did have a camera in it, both forward and driver facing. All trucks don’t but mine did. But overall very good place to work. I hope they would let me come back if I ever needed to.

They had them in the mid to late 2000s. Many of the trucks still have the physical hardware but they’re not “on”. And if you unplug or if your camera happens to fall off the windshield there’s no complaints.

I’m pretty sure mine worked lol. It was a 2017 truck, camera had green lights on it usually, and If u hit a hard bump or braked hard it would turn to red. Nobody ever called me about anything on it but I sure thought it worked anyway lol. But either way I would go back tomorrow if it worked out here at home where I could. I really liked it there.
