    I don't see the need to troll the guy for finding good pay... October will be 10 years OTR for me and I've yet to find a 55cpm OTR company job (I'm at 52 now). So long as he's happy and treated decently I don't see the problem.

    I say good on ya driver... sounds like you have a decent gig for the moment.

    By the way (and this is not directed at the OP, more to the nay sayers) Yes, I know higher paying jobs are out there. No I don't feel the need to jump from company to company seeking better pay. Some folks like doing that and more power to them. I'd just as soon stick around in one place as long as I can make work for me and the company does the same. This is my second OTR company in 10 years so I think I'm ok on that score.

    Well, first of all I didn't say by Wednesday that I did 3,500 miles. My long hauls are about 3,000 miles and my instate milk runs are 250 miles each. I run two of those on Thursday and Sometimes another one or two on Friday.

    For me to run 700 miles in a shift is not uncommon as I run at night 90% of the time. Truck will run 71mph per gps also.
