I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Ended up buying a more modern GT; it's a 2007 G6 Coupe.

 

MWUHUHUHUHOHOHOHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

The Hot Chick has been having issues with the other upstairs tenant. The house is supposed to be a non smoking environment; we chose because of her asthma. The proximity to her work was a bonus. The other tenant has been smoking habitually in his room. A significant percentage of his smoking is an illegal substance. The landlord has been notified repeatedly but has done nothing to correct the problem. He has instead renewed the guy's lease for another year (while keeping us on a month to month agreement). A few days ago he rented to another tenant. Smoker. Also on psychotropic meds.

She's found another place where she'll be the only tenant and given our current landlord his 30 day notice.

She has asked me to stay out ("EARN, BYOTCH!") and allow her to handle everything herself, not least because of how angry I am with our lying landlord and pothead roomie.

I'm upset about what's been going on, but proud of The Hot Chick for taking care of the issues herself.
