Come on there not all that bad are they? I always found it depended on what company you drove for. If a driver gave them some lip then they'd have it in for that company, i always tried to co-operate with law enforcement and with the RTA and never had an issue even when my log book was incorrectly filled out they let me off i could of got $100 fine per mistake.

I was the same. most rta were ok. Occasional pricks amongst them.

Lost logbooks were a nightmare lol

Driving big trucks alot of us Ride, so we keep a eye on the Bikes.

 

This was the first inspection of this equipment. Irrelevant. Here you had the president of a VERY shoddily operated company with an excessive number of previous violations and you went easy on him. Shame on you. He is the one ultimately responsible for such poorly maintained equipment. You should have hauled his arse off to jail. He obviously has no respect for the law or the lives of others. He is the type of person who causes so many annoying issues for safety conscious operators. If I have misunderstood anything please let me know. Thank you for coming on here to get the view from the other side of the windshield.

 

Maybe you pulled him over once and he never forgot it! Sometimes people hold grudges lol
