Ha! lf I would be send to NYC , and I mentioned to my company that I do not run run there..Well I would not move anywhere. Why I have to destroy my perfect driving record? Cause someone did jerk don't care about me , and don't listen? I would not care either! There is 100+ companies out there who don't deliver to NYC for a reason you know...

The main question is, if we have rights to refuse to be redirected and request to be unloaded where it supposed to be. We have completed our mission on time and everything was done as required.

    TallJoe Thanks this.

Excellent question! I am all ears myself. However, there could have been something stated in the contract about such an eventuality.

By the way, I hear a lot of such ugly situations about Florida melons. Maybe I should be glad that I did not make the vents in my van and fell for hauling them.

Where does it say so, if it is not in the contract? I would not want to go to NY City even if they paid me a million.
